Bears Den is a complex of 17 residential condominiums and 4 commercial units.
Building A (shown above) houses 4 residential units (A5-A9) above 4 commercial units (A1-A4).

Building B, to the west of Building A, houses 12 residential units.

Between Buildings A and B is Building C, a freestanding residential unit. Its address is also 541 E. Granite Street, Unit 12; Frisco, CO 80443
The designations/addresses of units in Bears Den changed during its early years and even now, delivery addresses can be different from GIS addresses. This is explained in the Owners Page.
Three of the residential units (A9, B8, and B9) are “deed-restricted”. That means that the owners (1) must live and work in Summit County and (2) cannot sell their units at market value, but only at a certain percentage more than what they paid and only to another person who lives and works in Summit County full time.
A few of the non-deed-restricted units are occupied full-time by their owners. Some are second homes that are not rented, and some are rented short-term or long-term by their owners either privately or through agencies such as VRBO and AirBNB (click for details).
Each unit at Bears Den has 1-3 underground parking spaces. Parking on 6th Avenue is permissible from 6 AM until 10 PM.
